THE TECHNIQUE
Ashtanga yoga primary and intermediate series. Sometimes we push. Sometimes we pull back. Consistently flowing with smiles in our hearts. Safely grounded with awareness to core and breath.
THE PLAN
Friday -
4pm - 6.30pm
Open body with breath leading the way.
Saturday -
6am - 10am
Meet as the sun rises out on the edge of the world for a silent walking meditation followed by pranayama. Back to our sacred room for a physical offering of movement, breath, mediation, rest.
3pm - 5pm
Nathan Star will be facilitating an ice exposure experience that is designed to assist your post-activity recovery. A beautiful meditation with sound healing and breath work sets you up for a huge surge of immune building energy. Done with compassion, care and kindness. Please note that if you do not wish to experience the ice bath, you are welcome to just participate in the sound healing and breathing.
Sunday -
8am - 10.15am
Let’s arrive with our hearts full with love and rich with inspiration. No expectation. No promise. A flow into the ocean of ashtanga yoga compassionately served.
10.15am on wards
We break bread with a collective sharing of some vegan deliciousness. Please bring a small something so we can add it together to make a big sumptuous something.
