This is a week long journey in Hue, located in central Vietnam. A beautiful hot spring resort, nestled at the foot of the Truong Son Mountain.

Being on journeys like this is the blessing of my life as a yoga teacher.

It is my hope that through this retreat we reconnect with sensing subtle currents, restore what matters and inspire how profound nature can transform our wellbeing all while soaking up the beauty of this part of the world.
