Hi, I’m Adriana,
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice that will strengthen your weaknesses, support the recovery of injuries and awaken all your senses. Intuition is a huge aspect of how I live my life and it certainly overlaps with my teaching. Let’s co-create a space to ease stress and realign our capacity to fully trust our inner knowing. Ultimately we all want a life that feels rich with love and full of joy. Yoga will assist you to establish that in your everyday living. If you’re still reading this, then consider that this is the sacred space that you are seeking.

I am grateful everyday for this path of yoga that found me more than 30 years ago. I honour all the wise ones known and unknown that have shed their light on the path and given me/us the strength to follow. The path of the heart is always open.
