Sometimes I just want everything to stop.
Stop all the rushing, the scramble, the push, the chase, the surge, all this speeding up is overwhelming.
Exhaustion is debilitating for both the body and the mind. The body grows anxiety and dis-ease as a way to call us back to ourselves. We either keep moving further away from our centre or we make a wholehearted attempt to STOP so that we may take time to very gently, softly turn inward for some deep restoration of the soul.
Deep soulful care and intimate time spent without distraction is the antidote.
THE INVITATION
To be in loving relationship with yourself.
THE PRACTICE
Time turning inward to address the soul is a sweet practice that requires genuine effort and engagement. To nurture the soul, we must know the soul. To know the soul, we must be moving very slowly, tuning our ears to the subtle sounds of its voice.
We will move, pause, listen, float and share. Please arrive 15 minutes before start time.

"When preoccupied with survival, we become pragmatists, pessimists, and even nihilists. When lost in the gears of existence, we're always challenged to let in beauty while we're suffering, to let in love while we're struggling. What holds everything together, what releases resilience, and what renews us when we're struggling is relationship. Relationship is the lifeblood of inner health." Mark Nepo
