SADHANA is a sanskrit word that translates as spiritual practice.

"If I could tell you what it meant, there would be no point in dancing it."
"The dancer's body is simply the luminous manifestation of the soul". Isadora Duncan

Isadora speaks of dance, but she could easily be speaking about yoga. It sums up the meaning of Sadhana. It must be experienced to be embodied. And through continual practice we empower our awareness to respect our connection to the self; that which is within is the same as that which is around us. We are one.

"There is only the feeling of other when you do not perceive the self. Once you feel the SELF there is no other." Manorama

By saying 'yes' to a 10 day yoga sadhana, you are choosing to inhabit life more than name it. Practice helps us prepare for the experience of living our lives more completely in relationship to the flow of life-force (prana) that carries us.

This online experience is an invitation to see yourself through the lens of yoga. The goal of yoga is to experience unity. The design of this unity is to perceive the SELF as connected to all beings.

    THE PLAN
For 10 consecutive days we will:
    - breathe
    - expand
    - soften &
    - strengthen
    our awareness

    MORNING CLASSES
    10 x 33 minute sessions
All classes will be recorded and links sent out daily for continued use.
Classes are both dynamic and activating. Ashtanga in style: simple and accessible with dollops of sweetness to keep your soul smiling.

    EVENING CLASSES
    10 x 2 minute sessions
A recorded link will be sent each day with guidance on 'one key pose' that is recommended you experience before bed. It is both designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and also limber your body and mind for the forth coming yoga sadhana session.
